The Role

We have multiple roles that have arisen for Electrical Supervisors to join our Cranes and Lifting business line on a permanent basis. You will join our flying squad, operating ad-hoc trips offshore from our Aberdeen base, mainly in the North Sea. You will receive a retainer salary plus company benefits and day rates for any trips you commence. Main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Management of Personnel and Resources
  • Management of personnel and resources to ensure completion of work scopes in a safe and timely manner
  • Timesheet Completion
  • Completion of timesheets
  • Reporting and Documentation
  • Reports and handover of completion certificates and any other associated reports and paperwork
  • Electrical Equipment Maintenance
  • Maintain and install electrical equipment as required
  • MIPEG Indicator Installation
  • Installation and calibration of MIPEG rated capacity indicators
  • Electrical System Testing
  • Testing and commissioning of electrical systems
  • Pre-Mobilisation Meetings
  • Attend pre-mobilisation meetings as required
  • Management of Change
  • Understand management of change process to be able to identify and initiate management of change events
  • Health, Safety, and Environment
  • Apply EnerMech Group and where appropriate Client's Health, Safety & Environment Policies and Procedures

Requirements

To be successful for this position, you must have an Electrical Apprenticeship and recognised professional qualification and a valid Compex certificate. You will also hold an 18th edition wiring qualification. Previous Offshore experience and valid offshore certificates are preferred. You will hold Permit to work training and be able to work on your own initiative as well as being a team player.
