About the Role

The Duty Scheme Support Officer plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of ASAP's duty scheme, which provides free legal representation to individuals in the asylum system who are in need of food and shelter.

As a key member of the duty scheme team, you will work closely with the Duty Scheme Co-ordinator to provide efficient and time-sensitive administrative support to the scheme. This will involve daily direct contact with individuals seeking assistance, referring agencies, and other stakeholders.
