**Job Purpose**

The EUA Business Process & Information Technology department (EUA BPIT) is responsible for overseeing the management of Strategy & Innovation, Enterprise Architecture, Business Process, and IT Operations across the Europe and Africa region. This position is available within the Offshore Management section of EUA BPIT, relating to the provision of offshore process management, quality management; business services and systems support, and the management of system development.

**Primary Job Responsibilities and Measurement**
- To support Senior Management in monitoring EUA's offshore activities/processes.
- Developing and presenting proposals for quality improvement in the On
Offshore process based on the Wufoo Analyses.
- Registration of service enquiries.
- To develop/maintain the shared drive for all Offshore related activities incl DPMs & SOPs.
- To arrange and facilitate regular joint Touchpoint meetings with On/Offshore Teams.
- Attend meetings outside the London office where necessary.
- Working closely together with the EUA Process Management team on Onshore processes impacting Offshore and vis a vis.
- Ensure good practice for data quality is built into the solutions and processes, particularly for any new processes introduced because of system enhancement of additional tasks being offshored.
- Jointly review with Offshore Support SME the results of the quality analysis provided by the Offshore support SME to highlight areas for change/improvement.
- Maintain rules and standard operating procedures on the G Drive or in the DSOP.
- To offer support and assistance with flexible working hours (attend meetings outside of normal working hours).
- Maintain Offshore process maps (Signavio).
- Building good and solid relations with the On
- and Offshore teams.
- Taking the lead in Investigating problems/issues reported by On and/or Offshore.
- Guidance to On-Offshore teams.
- Supporting the development and implementation of RPA solutions.

**Location**: London RHQ/ EUA.
