We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Leader to join our dynamic team at Whitbread. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective kitchen strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation.
- Manage kitchen inventory, labor costs, and food safety to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with our General Manager to develop and implement menu changes and promotions.
- Ensure that all kitchen staff receive comprehensive training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control.
- Work closely with our suppliers to negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients.
- Develop and implement effective systems to manage kitchen inventory, labor costs, and food waste.
- Conduct regular kitchen audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
