Job Title: HR Business Partner
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Michael Page (UK). As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in delivering a comprehensive HR service to the business, maintaining and developing HR policies, and driving performance management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a high-quality HR service to the business, ensuring that HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with employment law.
- Maintain and develop HR policies, ensuring that they meet the needs of the business and are aligned with company objectives.
- Drive performance management processes, working with line managers to up-skill and change behaviours.
- Implement and monitor ongoing HR performance indicators.
- Support change management processes and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
Requirements:
- CIPD Level 5 or above.
- Proven HR generalist experience at Business Partner level.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Proficiency in employment law.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Ability to design and implement HR strategies.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
