Primary Care Nurse

Operose Health is seeking a skilled Bank Practice Nurse to join our team. As a Bank Practice Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our practices across London.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide care for presenting patients, including treatment, chronic disease management, and evaluation of care.
- Work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet patient needs and ensure practice policies and procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver continuity of care for patients during periods of absence and annual leave.
- UK registered nurse with significant post-registration experience.
- Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations.
- Good knowledge of quality outcomes framework.
