Job Overview

Collaborating with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients and ensure compliance with practice policies and procedures.
Providing care for presenting patients, including treatment, chronic disease management, and evaluation of care.
Assisting the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes and ensuring compliance is maintained.
