Health Visitor Band 6 Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Health Visitor to join our team in a Band 6 role. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality health visiting services to families and individuals in the community.

About the Role:

As a Health Visitor, you will work collaboratively with multi-agency teams to promote physical, social, and psychological well-being for all. Your focus will be on managing caseloads, delivering the Healthy Child programme, and ensuring top-notch service to families, individuals, and groups in the community.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate Diploma or Certificate in SCPHN Health Visitor
  • Current NMC Registration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience in multi-agency working and child protection
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Knowledge of current health agendas relating to children, families, and health visiting
  • Ability to travel to various locations for work duties
