We are seeking a skilled Delay Resolution Specialist to join our team in Sheffield. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £100k, plus benefits such as car allowance, pension, and discretionary bonus.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert support on disputed and time-related issues, helping clients avoid conflicts through commercially focused counsel, and collaborating with commercial experts to offer support on disputed and non-controversial time-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Delay Analysts to offer support on disputed and time-related issues
  • Help clients avoid conflicts through expert, commercially focused counsel
  • Provide support to clients on matters related to delay and loss
  • Collaborate with commercial experts to offer support on disputed and non-controversial time-related issues
  • Provide timely and delay-related coaching and training to numerous clients

This role requires strong knowledge of standard forms of contract, such as NEC and JCT, and experience with Microsoft Office packages.
