A leading insurance company is seeking a seasoned Client Director to manage relationships with Lloyd's and London Market clients, including Syndicates, Insurers, MGA's, and Brokers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client panel
  • Liaise with sales teams to assist with tender/bid opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with market changes and trends
  • Create and deliver targeted client strategies
  • Attend and host market events to build relationships and stay informed
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in client/account management/development within the insurance industry
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and drive results
  • High attention to detail and customer-focused approach
  • Encourage and initiate learning and research to further knowledge
