About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Director to join our team in London. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with Lloyd's and London Market clients, including Syndicates, Insurers, MGA's and Brokers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain existing client relationships to drive business growth and retention
  • Identify and locate new potential clients through lead generation and business development activities
  • Liaise with wider sales teams to assist with tender/bid opportunities and ensure seamless delivery of client solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in the market and industry trends to inform client strategies and solutions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and deliver target client strategies and initiatives
  • Represent the company at market events and build strong relationships with clients and industry partners

Requirements

  • Proven experience in client/account management and development within the insurance industry
  • Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team
  • A positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and customer focus
  • Encourage and initiate learning and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills
