Recovery and Wellbeing Specialist

As a Recovery & Wellbeing Practitioner, you will work closely with service users, providing guidance and support to help them address their substance misuse and reintegrate into the community. You will be part of a dynamic team, working towards a common goal of reducing crime and promoting recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support service users in addressing their substance misuse and developing strategies for recovery
- Work collaboratively with the release and transfer team to ensure a smooth transition for service users
- Provide guidance and support to help service users reintegrate into the community
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with service users, colleagues, and external partners
- Contribute to the development and implementation of recovery plans and strategies
