Ross-Shire Engineering Limited is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Advisor to join their team in Edinburgh. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing a responsive and compliant HR advisory service to the company's offices across the UK.

The successful candidate will have a degree or equivalent in a Human Resources discipline and proven experience in an operational HR environment. You will be familiar with current Employment Law matters and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

The estimated salary for this position is £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. The company offers a range of benefits, including a flexible career development path, holiday allowance, company pension scheme, and professional fees paid.

In this role, you will support stakeholders with full case management and administrative guidance on HR issues, including absence management, employee relations, and employee development. You will also assist in disciplinary and grievance meetings, provide advice and guidance to line managers, and support the development and improvement of the performance management process.

The ideal candidate will be proactive in using policy and procedure, have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and be able to analyze statistical information. They will also be self-motivated and organized, with a proven record of meeting targets and deadlines.
