Sales Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Coordinator to join our client based in Swindon. The successful candidate will become part of a busy Internal Sales team responsible for the following:
* Processing all incoming sales orders from stockists and feeders
* Being the first point of contact for sales support enquiries received into the business by telephone and email, providing an outstanding customer experience in all interactions
* Managing the return and credit of products in line with our returns policy
* Resolving invoice queries and disputes
* Maximising opportunities to upsell
* Effective relationship management with the external sales team
* Building relationships with all merchants and installers within a designated sales area
Key Responsibilities:
* Excellent attention to detail
* Excellent literacy and maths
* Enthusiastic and motivated individual
* Able to work as part of a team as well as under your own initiative
* Computer literate – Excel and Word experience are essential, Sage is preferable
* Good problem solver
* Ability to grasp a good level of technical detail
* Excellent telephone etiquette and a natural flair for delivering an excellent customer experience
Requirements:
* Minimum of 1 year's telesales experience – business to business
