Role Overview
We are currently seeking multiple skilled production operatives to join our team at our Long Sutton manufacturing facility. You will have the opportunity to work within either the Logistics Department or the Manufacturing Product Lines, gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Patterns
We offer flexible shift patterns, allowing you to choose between rotating day shifts or night shifts.
Logistics Department Responsibilities
- Unloading incoming deliveries efficiently and safely
- Properly warehousing raw materials for production use
- Moving products seamlessly between storage areas and production lines
- Loading finished products onto transport vehicles for distribution
Manufacturing Product Lines Responsibilities
- Working across multiple production lines, ensuring smooth operation
- Conducting thorough quality checks on products to maintain high standards
- Accurately labeling products according to specifications
- Adhering strictly to all safety and quality protocols
Role Requirements
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong teamwork abilities and a collaborative approach
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
