Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Multi Skilled Operative. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Unloading deliveries and storing raw materials in a safe and organized manner.
- Moving product from warehouse to various production lines, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Loading finished product for transportation to customers' warehouses, adhering to quality and safety standards.
- Carrying out all duties within Princes quality, safety, and environmental frameworks, liaising with other team members and support departments as necessary.
- Previous food manufacturing experience is beneficial, but not essential.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in an efficient and timely manner.
- Generous 14.5% pension, including a 9.5% Princes contribution (Opt-In).

Ranges from £27,000 to £36,000 per annum, depending on shift pattern, banked hours, single versus multi-skilled roles.
Shift Patterns:You have a choice of working either rotating day shifts or night shifts for both the Logistics and Manufacturing Produce Line Operative roles.
Rotating Day Shifts:
Week 1: Monday to Thursday 06.00-14.00, Friday 06.00-12.00
Week 2: Monday to Thursday 14.00-22.00, Friday 12.00-18.00
Night Shifts:
Monday to Thursday 22.00-06.00, Friday 18.00-24.00
