Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi Skilled Operative to join our team at our Long Sutton manufacturing site. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our production lines and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Unload deliveries and store raw materials in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Move product from warehouse to production lines and ensure accurate labeling and packaging.
  • Load finished product for transportation to customers' warehouses.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient and continuous production.
  • Adhere to Princes' quality, safety, and environmental frameworks at all times.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including day and night shifts.
