As a Lead Speech and Language Therapist, you will require:

  • Degree in Speech and Language Therapy or similar qualifications
  • Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT)
  • Significant experience working with children and young people, particularly those with SEND needs

Skills and Attributes:

  • Passionate about listening to and advocating for children and young people
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple locations
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cultural change
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
