Job Summary

Cats Protection is seeking an experienced Assistant Shop Manager to join our retail team. As a key member of our shop operations, you will be responsible for maximizing shop income and profitability through effective day-to-day management and key performance indicators.

About the Role

  • Assist the Shop Manager in achieving sales targets and maintaining a safe and efficient shop environment.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Cats Protection, embodying the charity's values and behaviors.
  • Take responsibility for shop operations in the absence of the Shop Manager.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in a relevant retail environment, with a focus on sales and finance.
  • Experience with cash reconciliation and financial controls.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
