Disability Services Manager

Hestia Housing Support is seeking an experienced Disability Services Manager to lead our team in providing high-quality support services to individuals with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing team to achieve individual and service outcomes, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Service Development: Create and implement co-produced services that are outcome-based and person-centered, ensuring a commitment to personal development and continuous improvement.
- Safeguarding: Ensure that the service and all members of the team understand and adhere to Hestia's safeguarding procedures and legislations, maintaining a safe and inclusive environment for service users.
- Performance Management: Manage and show accountability for service resources, including recruitment, retention, and induction, as well as disciplinary and grievance processes.
- Business Planning: Lead on the development and implementation of the service's annual Business Plans, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and analysis of KPIs, outcomes, and user experience measures.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading a team to achieve service outcomes, with a strong focus on communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Safeguarding Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of safeguarding procedures and legislations, with the ability to ensure compliance and maintain a safe environment.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business planning, performance management, and contract requirements, with the ability to analyze data and produce reports.
- IT Skills: Proficient in using a range of IT packages, including MS Office and databases, with the ability to confidently use these tools to support service delivery.
