About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Cambian Hill House School and Residential provision. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the education and care of young people with Autism, Severe Learning Difficulties, Challenging behaviours and Complex Care needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the daily lives of young people, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment, promoting positive relationships and behaviors.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
