About the Role

Critical Services Supervisor

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management services. As a Critical Services Technician, you will support the shift leader and carry out planned preventative maintenance works, ensuring compliance and implementing agreed solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure routine maintenance is carried out to meet and exceed expectations, adhering to service level agreements.
  • Respond to building management alarms and effect emergency repairs as needed.
  • Update and maintain Planned Preventative Maintenance records.
  • Integrate with departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Escalate incidents and write incident reports, adhering to approved procedures.
  • Maintain critical equipment serving critical areas, such as data centers and SERs.
  • Operate systems safely and effectively, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Prepare method statements and risk assessments for tasks to ensure safe working practices.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to company policies and client site requirements.
  • Maintain a professional image and deliver excellent customer service.
Experience Required:

We are seeking a qualified individual with:

  • City and Guilds qualification and relevant experience in electrical or engineering fields.
  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience as an Engineer in building services, working in a critical environment.
  • Experience working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Comfortable working a continental shift pattern, including weekends and nights.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently when required.
