We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the CFO's diary, coordinating meetings, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our finance department.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the CFO's diary, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Provide administrative support, including filtering, prioritizing, and responding to queries
- Organize meetings and events, both internal and external, and ensure all deadlines are met
- Undertake a wide range of administrative duties, including expense claims, travel arrangements, and event coordination
- Support in compiling professional standard presentation materials and documents
- Deal with incoming mail and allocate items where possible
- Event management of Half Year and Full Year results, including logistics, invitations, and venue coordination
- Lead on arranging investor meetings and site visits
- Maintain certain IR data, including shareholder and analyst meeting records and contact details
- Diary management of Group FC and Group Tax Director
- Support with finalisation and distribution of reports
- Office management of Group Finance office in Devonshire Square
