Coleman Street, United Kingdom CV-Library Full time

Client: My client are a highly regarded and well respected fixture within the Prime London residential refurbishment sector. Since their establishment their philosophy has been to complete every single project to the best possible that ‘matches and surpasses’ their clients’ expectations. At the start of every project they adopt a consultative, communicative and collaborative approach with everyone they work with in order to address the frequent challenges that often arise, especially when dealing with technical projects within the high end refurbishment sector.

They undertake intricate and complex residential projects which often encompass a wide range of construction methodologies including elements of extension and new build, subterranean extensions and excavations, challenging structural alterations, refurbishments, façade retentions and rebuilds; with all of their projects being completed to an uncompromisingly high standard. Unlike a number of contractors, this business don’t simply rely on tendering as their main method of securing work. In the fact, the vast majority of their project portfolio is secured through recommendations and referrals via the end user private client and their respective professional teams with their project portfolio occasionally supplemented with tendered work.

The directors are engaging and friendly people who take time to get to know all their employees whilst giving everyone a platform and support to take their careers to the next level through external qualifications, in house training and support. They have created a brilliant working atmosphere for everyone in the company and promote a collaborate, engaging and communicative culture. As a result they have an excellent staff retention rate, people join and are looked after whilst being rewarded with a promotional paths and exciting projects to deliver.
