About the Job
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager to lead our Family Support & Intervention - Safeguarding & Legal team in Conwy. As a Team Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our services are delivered efficiently and effectively, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the Safeguarding and Legal Team activities within the County Borough of Conwy.
- Supervise level 2 & 3 Social Workers and ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery, including the production of quality assessments and outcome-focused care plans.
- Maintain accurate records and budgets, and provide regular reports to the Section Manager.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of three years post-qualification experience in social work, registered or eligible for registration with Social Care Wales. You must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven abilities in managing teams and working collaboratively within a legal and safeguarding context.
Estimated Salary
The estimated salary for this role is £44,026 per annum, based on the national average salary for a Team Manager in a similar position.
