Resident Liaison Officer Job Description

18 Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join their team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting residents in their homes, advising them on work schedules and progress, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visiting residents to advise on work schedules and progress
  • Acting as the main point of contact for residents and resolving any issues
  • Attending and chairing resident forum meetings
  • Liaising with site and head office to resolve resident issues
  • Collating data from residents and identifying opportunities for process improvement
  • Complying with all legal obligations, including Health and Safety

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • In-date CSCS card
  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • IT literacy, including experience with Microsoft Teams

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Immediate start available for the right candidate.
