Job Title: Senior Resident Liaison Officer

Job Summary: 18 Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior Resident Liaison Officer to provide information and support to tenants affected by major works in the Midlands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide information and support to tenants whose homes are affected by major works.
  • Deal with windows and doors, and external decoration upgrades.
  • Manage a team of Resident Liaison Officers.
  • Be the first point of contact between our teams and the residents.
  • Ensure residents are informed at all stages of the works due to take place in their homes.
  • Deal with customer complaints and provide support to vulnerable residents.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in liaison and management roles.
  • Proficiency in IT, particularly Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
  • Driving License to get between sites.
  • CSCS.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Salary: Dependent on experience
