Job Title: Telematics Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Telematics Developer to join our team at MIRA, UK. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying software for various telematics applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop software for commercial vehicle diagnostics and maintenance, fleet management, driver safety and security, and connected trailer services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
  • Develop and maintain software using C programming language and Agile methodologies.
  • Work with RTOS, board-level hardware design, and drivers/firmware design.
  • Experience with Internet of Things (IoT) and/or telematics technology.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of professional experience in embedded software development, product engineering, or software design.
  • Expertise in software development for real-time, embedded, multi-threaded systems.
  • Experience with security protocols, Agile software development methodologies, and Continuous Deployment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working within a formal software development process.
