Emergency Veterinary Team Lead

MEDIVET GROUP LIMITED is currently recruiting for a dedicated Emergency Veterinary Team Lead, offering a competitive annual salary of approximately £65,000 - £85,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
This critical role requires:
- Providing expert leadership and guidance to emergency response teams during peak periods.
- Developing and implementing efficient workflows to maximize resource utilization and minimize wait times.
- Liaising closely with the Practice Manager to identify areas for improvement and drive process optimization.
To be successful in this position, you will require:
- A strong background in veterinary surgery, preferably with experience in emergency medicine or crisis management.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate teams effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering timely and effective solutions under pressure.
