You will also:

  • Act as a role model, displaying exceptional service to our customers.
  • Be highly visible and approachable to customers and your colleagues.
  • Coach colleagues to ensure they demonstrate the appropriate skills and knowledge in the checkout area.
  • Ensure compliance of company stock control procedures within the appropriate timelines.
  • Ensure company property, cash, and stock are secure at all times.
  • Play a vital part in continuing to make our stores a fun place to work.

About You

We are looking for enthusiastic, focused, and driven team players with a passion for retail and delivering great service. Ideal candidates will have experience managing a small to medium-sized team in a fast-paced retail environment, strong numerical and problem-solving skills, a flexible approach, and the ability to think on their feet.
