About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Scheme Manager to join our Specialist Living team on a permanent basis. This role is site-based at Suzanne Boardman House in Liverpool, with travel to other schemes and office attendance required.
The purpose of this role is to provide intensive housing and building management services, enabling tenants to live confidently and independently in their own homes. You will be responsible for day-to-day scheme management, providing excellent customer service, reporting repairs, and participating in partnership working.
You will ensure that each sheltered housing scheme meets regulatory standards for health & safety compliance requirements and reduce risk to ensure security of the building.

Provide intensive housing and building management services, ensuring tenants can live independently and safely
Manage day-to-day scheme operations, responding to tenant emergencies and reporting repairs
Participate in partnership working, liaising with external contacts to develop processes and communication
E nsure sheltered housing schemes meet regulatory health & safety standards and minimize risk
Requirements:- Experience working with older people in a service environment
- Building management experience and knowledge of compliance requirements
- Relevant knowledge of Health & Safety policies and risks
- Ability to work independently as part of a dispersed team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- IT skills - Microsoft Office intermediate level
- Satisfactory DBS reference
- Desirable: National Wardens Certificate/Sheltered Housing Certificate or equivalent
