Technical Support Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our dynamic team at KDR Talent Solutions. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior team members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
