Technical Support Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team at Robert Webb Recruitment. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve technical support requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide clear and concise communication to clients regarding technical issues and resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base and process documentation to improve support efficiency
  • Contribute to the development of technical support processes and procedures
Requirements:
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Computing, Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Experience in an IT support role or similar
  • Knowledge of ITIL service desk management lifecycle and agile development lifecycle process
  • Proficiency in FreshService, Jira, or similar service desk tools
