We're seeking a seasoned leader to drive growth and transformation in our Enterprise Systems Managed Services team. As Director, you'll develop and implement a strategic vision for operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and broadening product and industry expertise across all service lines and geographies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a strategic plan to drive growth and expansion
  • Leading a team of approximately 75 professionals across various Enterprise Systems
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Customers & KPIs

You'll be responsible for owning customer relationships, improving their experience, and driving resource allocation efficiencies across long-term contracts. Key performance indicators include:

  • Customer satisfaction and user adoption
  • NPS (Net Promoter Score) metrics
Technology

You'll manage and optimize all existing systems, including CRM, ERP, SCM, HCM, and EPM, across both on-premise and cloud architecture. Additionally, you'll support the selection, implementation, and integration of new capabilities and verticals in alignment with our growth plan.

Delivery

You'll drive operating cost efficiencies to improve EBITDA % and manage strategic relationships with near/offshore delivery partners.

Growth

You'll ensure systems and processes are scalable and adaptable to new market requirements, supporting an expansion strategy that includes flexible delivery models (onshore, offshore, nearshore, hybrid).

Requirements

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • Significant experience in Enterprise Systems management, including a leadership role in a global setting
  • Proven track record of implementing and managing ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems
  • Strong commercial and customer management skills, with experience of expansion into new markets
  • Wider understanding of the technology industry and emerging trends
  • Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and managing relationships with external IT service providers
  • Ability to lead change management and strategy building for accelerating digital transformation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong technical acumen with a solid understanding of software development processes, data management, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity
