Job Description
This exciting opportunity as a Critical Care Medical Officer offers the chance to work in a busy District General Hospital, with modern premises and a friendly atmosphere. The appointment provides the opportunity to practice anaesthesia and critical care medicine in a medium-sized district hospital with developments in many areas relevant to anaesthesia and critical care.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake pre-operative assessments to ensure patients receive safe and effective care.
- Participate in theatre sessions, utilizing your skills and expertise to provide high-quality patient care.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
- Contribute to clinical audit, teaching, and research initiatives within the department.
Requirements
- MBBS or equivalent qualification.
- GMC Registration with a license to practice.
- Primary FRCA or equivalent qualification.
- ALS certification.
- APLS/PILS certification.
- Demonstrated experience in participation in regular clinical audit.
