Job Description

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, evaluating, and improving manufacturing processes and systems. This will involve analysing manufacturing process flows to enhance quality, reduce costs, and increase throughput.

You will collaborate with design engineering to ensure product tooling and design meet manufacturing requirements. Additionally, you will estimate production costs and the impact of product design changes for management review.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process control systems to meet production requirements and standards
  • Plan and establish the sequence of operations to fabricate and assemble products
  • Draft and design the layout of equipment, materials, and workspace
  • Coordinate with equipment vendors to ensure satisfactory system performance

Requirements:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in the Industrial/Manufacturing sector
  • Excellent knowledge of manufacturing systems and procedures
  • Proficient in CAD software and data analysis
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
