About the Role
University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Hepatologist to join our dynamic department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality inpatient and outpatient services in Gastroenterology and Hepatology.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the Gastroenterology Consultant on-call rota, including out-of-hours GI bleed on-call.
- Support the delivery of weekend endoscopy lists as necessary.
- Contribute to the development of a forward-thinking service, sharing expertise and supporting colleagues.
About the Department
Our state-of-the-art JAG-approved endoscopy suite features 8 endoscopy rooms, a seminar room, and a video processor system for ERCP. We also offer a range of specialized services, including small bowel capsule endoscopy and endoscopic ultrasound.
