About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximise sales and profitability by providing expert travel advice and guidance to customers
  • Assist the branch manager in the day-to-day operation of the branch, including supervising and developing a team of consultants
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their holiday needs are met
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed advice to customers
  • Contribute to the development of the branch team, including coaching and mentoring
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Travel Consultant
  • Proven sales record and ability to work towards individual and team sales targets
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Good accuracy and numerical skills with the ability to understand and interpret financial statistics
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude with a commitment to contributing to the growth of the business
