About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to join our team at Gryaab AB. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and helping our customers plan and book their holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to identify and meet their needs
- Use social media to promote offers and generate customer engagement and sales leads
- Participate in promotional events and activities to increase exposure of the branch
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Assist with the day-to-day operation of the branch
- Will to participate and deliver training appropriate to own development
- Effectively perform administrative duties and follow processes accurately
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience as a Travel Consultant
- A proven sales record
- Passionate about travel and tourism
- Excellent travel product knowledge with a good working knowledge of tour operator systems
- Good sales and presentation skills
- Customer focused
- Problem solving
- Team player
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A recognised travel qualification (desirable)
