We're seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Key Holder to join our cafe and retail team in Gloucester Quays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage with customers to deliver an exceptional experience, showcasing our products and brand knowledge.
  • Manage the till and queue, processing transactions, refunds, and exchanges while providing excellent customer service.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our product range, including manufacturing processes, allergens, and sustainability commitments.
  • Lead tasting sessions and product demonstrations to educate customers and promote our brand.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Prepare hot and cold drinks, ice creams, and snacks in our cafe area, ensuring quality and adherence to allergen and health standards.
