About the Role:

This position offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in promoting health and well-being within the community as a skilled Health Visitor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct maternal mood assessments and new birth visits, providing essential support to families and individuals.
  • Champion child safeguarding and promote overall well-being, ensuring exceptional care.
  • Collaborate effectively within multi-agency settings, leveraging your skills and expertise to drive positive outcomes.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Holding a SCPHN Health Visitor Post Graduate Diploma or Certificate is a must, alongside current NMC Registration.
  • Proficiency in computerized recordkeeping, with experience in the Rio system preferred, and strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in diverse teams are crucial for success.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development is expected.
