About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Broughton House, a 29-bed specialist residential service for adults with severe learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to promote independence and community integration
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contribute to a safe and respectful environment, promoting dignity and well-being for all service users

Requirements

  • GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or challenging behaviors
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
