About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team at Broughton House, a 29-bed specialist residential service for adults with severe learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge.

Job Summary

As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users, promoting their independence, and enabling them to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all service users
  • Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support
  • Learn about individual specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way
  • Assist with medical and welfare needs
  • Report on medical and welfare needs as required
  • Safeguard
  • Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
