Accounting and Bookkeeping Role

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team at Blusource Professional Services Ltd. As a key member of our bookkeeping and payroll team, you will be responsible for processing accounting transactions, preparing VAT returns, and providing exceptional client service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process and reconcile internal and client accounting transactions using Xero or other software.
  • Prepare quarterly VAT returns for review and submission.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
  • Support Account Managers on client bookkeeping matters.
  • Prepare financial and management information for clients.
  • Maintain sales and purchase ledgers, and perform bank and cash account reconciliations.
  • Provide expert advice on management information and financial reporting to clients.
  • Prepare Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) returns as required.
