About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled District Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. As a key member of the District Nurse Team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients in their own homes and communities.

The successful candidate will possess excellent clinical competency, with a broad knowledge of relevant community nursing skills and competencies. They will be able to work effectively with colleagues to provide seamless patient-centred care and treatment.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to travel between patient's homes in a timely manner, often working unsociable hours. We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
