The Role

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in a luxury retail environment. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, driving sales and profit, and maintaining a visually distinctive and impeccably maintained store.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing in-depth product knowledge and successful link selling skills to drive business.
  • Outfit building for customers and making further product recommendations to drive store KPIs.
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with customers to secure regular clienteles.
  • Being a Brand Ambassador and maintaining a keen interest in current fashion and market trends.
  • Ensuring shop and stock room maintenance, presentation and organization issues are addressed in an appropriate manner.
  • Showing flexibility and innovation when reacting to the changing business environment.

Requirements

We are looking for a hardworking individual with great communication skills, previous experience within hospitality/retail, and an interest in Fashion/Retail. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask in high-pressure situations.
