Job Opportunity

White Horse Employment is partnering with a rapidly growing consultancy to find a skilled Finance Business Partner. This organization has experienced significant growth over the past decade and is now looking to expand its finance team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in fast-paced environments and be able to bridge the gap between finance and other departments. As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for communicating the finance function's goals and objectives to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with senior leadership
  • Providing commercial insights to inform business decisions
  • Overseeing project accounting and ensuring accurate financial reporting

Requirements for the role include:

  • Proven experience in working with service lines and commercial teams
  • Strong project accounting skills and technical knowledge of revenue recognition
