Plunket Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Leader or Registered Nurse to take on a leadership role within our PlunketLine team. Based in Auckland, Christchurch, or Wellington, you will lead a team of Telenurses, ensuring the delivery of quality care to all PlunketLine callers.
This full-time permanent position offers the opportunity to develop the strengths of others, providing opportunities for growth and quality service for our community. As part of our PlunketLine leadership team, you will work closely with the PlunketLine Manager to implement continuous improvement suggestions and ensure the team is working efficiently.
With a Post Graduate Certificate in Primary Health Care Specialty Nursing Well Child/Tamariki Ora and Professional Development Recognition Pathway (minimum Level 3), you will be well-equipped to provide support and advice to our Nurses. Your strong clinical skills and ability to make decisions will contribute to the success of our team.
The estimated salary for this position is $NZD 92,000 - $108,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including a comprehensive orientation programme, ongoing support, and opportunities for personal and professional development.
