We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cellar Operations Specialist to join our esteemed team at The Lanesborough.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all inventory levels are maintained at optimal levels, conducting daily store inspections and requesting replenishments as necessary.
  • Organize and manage store inventory, controlling goods and preventing loss through theft and spoilage.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic store environment, adhering to high standards of quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with the F&B cost controller to investigate and resolve any discrepancies in inventory counts.
  • Verify all incoming goods are accompanied by a purchase order, delivery note, and invoice, ensuring accuracy and quality.

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of the English language and strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Excel and MS Outlook, with experience in ProcureWizard a plus.
  • Ability to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting and operating equipment.
  • Proven track record in a similar role within a luxury environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and time management skills.
