About the Role

The Planning and Logistics Leader will be responsible for delivering strategic plans and driving business growth. This role will involve managing a team of logistics and planning professionals, developing and implementing supply chain strategies, and ensuring the efficient execution of logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
  • Manage a team of logistics and planning professionals to ensure the efficient execution of logistics operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure supply chain operations are meeting business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in logistics and planning, with a strong understanding of supply chain operations.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering results.
